The team behind Facebook's design system, which 2B+ people touch daily. I led foundations: iconography, text in motion, and component creation. One system-wide icon migration covered 90+ components, cut from 87 hours of manual work to 22 with an AI pipeline I built. The full study is gated by NDA.
